The recent cheques that have been sent out were sent with the incorrect date.

Instead of 2010, these cheques were dated 2009.

I have spoken to our Bank today. (HSBC)
They told us that the cheques are valid. Even though the general clearing date for a cheque is 6 months, cheques are valid for upto 6 years.

Please contact us if your bank is refusing the cash your cheque and we will re-send your cheque (With the correct date this time).
