Is it Free to open a Coffee Clicking Account?
Yes, opening an account is 100% free of charge.

Am I allowed to have more than one account?
We are sorry to say but Coffee Clicking only allows one account per Household (ip). This is to make sure Advertisers receive what they pay for.

How can I log into my account?
To Log in go to CLICK HERE

How can I close my account?
First things first it will be sad to see you go =( .
Once logged in Go to Edit Profile, at the bottom of the page enter your username and password, then click cancel.

How can I cancel receiving your newsletters?
You may not cancel receiving email ads from CoffeeClicking.com without terminating your membership in our program and forfeiting any and all earnings. You can stop paid emails being sent to your email inbox and just have them sent to your site inbox HERE.

How can I change my personal information?
Log in to your account and click the Edit Profile link. You will be able to edit any of your information except your Affiliate ID.

How can I add frequently used retailers to my favourites?You can add retailers to your own unique favourites by pressing the 'Add to Favourites' button found alongside ever retailer. You can then access (and delete) them in the left hand menu.

I have found a broken link to a retailer, how can I let you know?If you find a broken link to a retailer within our website you can press the 'Report Broken Link' button found along side each merchant. We will then fix the link or in some cases remove it.

I live outside the UK, can I join?
No sorry we only allow UK residents to sign up to CoffeeClicking.com


Earnings Questions:

How Does CashBack Shopping work?
When you purchase a product via our 100s of retailers we track how much the purchase was. The retailer then notifies us and pays us a certain amount of commission, we then pass this on to you.

Why Do I Have 2 Different Balances?
Cashback Shopping, Daily Clicks & Easy Cash all become part of your pending balance. This is as the retailers take time to process the commission and send it on to us. Pending Cash usually will confirm within 60 days (although in some cases it can take upto 90). Paid Email, Paid Clicks & Referrals Bonuses all become part of your confirmed balance instantly. This is as the adverts have been pre-paid for meaning we have no reason to hold back your money.

What is 'Fast Cash'?
Fast Cash is a selection of offers which bypass the pending status and will go straight to confirmed allowing you to cashout much faster! The Fast Cash offers will change frequently so make sure you keep your eye on them.

Why hasn't a Transaction I have just made shown up on my statement(s)?
Retailers have to notify us about transactions which have been made, this is not always in real-time and every retailer is different. The vast majority get back to us within 14 days although some take up to 45. Once we receive confirmation from the retailer we aim to update accounts within 76hrs although in some cases it can be up to 7 days. If an transaction which you have made has not shown up on your account after 30 days please feel free to contact us.

Why has a transaction of mine been Declined?
This is due to the retailer having looked at the lead or sale and declined paying us. This could be as you didn't follow the offer description or provided false/inadequate information.

Why has a transaction gone into my account as £0.00?
This usually means the retailer has notified us of a transaction but is not willing to offer cashback due to duplicate leads from your account for one particular day. If you feel a transaction has gone on as £0.00 and you feel the above does not apply please contact us.

Does it cost more to buy products using Coffee Clicking?
No, once you click through to the participating retailer what you see is the same as if you went to them directly. All prices are the same with the added bonus of you receiving CashBack for doing so.

How much do I earn by participating in paid-emails?
Each advertiser pays a different amount per unique visit. These amounts change frequently so we cannot give an exact amount for each visit, however we do give you a large percentage of the amount we earn.

When can I request payment?
You may request payment after you have earned £ 3.00 . We have put this in place to make sure we can pay you within a few days. If for example we let you cash out at 10p we would have 100s of cashouts each day and payments would be delayed.

How can I request payment?
As soon as you reach payout, you will see the redemption option appear in your account area, after submitting your redemption request, we will validate your account, and then begin the payment process. You will also have the option to redeem your earnings for discounted advertising with us. When you qualify, you will see what options are available to you in your account area.

When am I paid?
After your payment request is made and your account is in good-standing we will issue payment to you within 30 days. Although we will try to put the cup of coffee we are holding down and pay you within 7 days.

How am I paid?
Here at CoffeClicking we will pay you your hard earned cash by: Cheque, PayPal

How Do I delete my Cookies?
In Internet Explorer 7 go to Tools -> Internet Options, click on the 'General' tab and click on the 'Delete Cookies' button. This is known to increase the chances of tracking especially with recurring offers such as daily clicks.

Referral Questions:

How can I refer other affiliates?
You may place a link with your referral url to CoffeeClicking.com on your website. You may add your referral url to your email signature etc. Be creative! But no spamming!

What is my referral link?
Your personal referral link can be found on your personal "Referral links" page. So go on.. Tell your friends!

What can I earn through referrals?
You (as a member) will earn from 5 levels of referrals
Level 1 = 10%, Level 2 = 5%, Level 3 = 3%, Level 4 = 2%, Level 5 = 1%
Are my referral earnings working?
Yes, referral earnings are updated once a day. You must be active on our site to earn from your referrals
To qualify to receive earnings from your downline, you must login at least once every 14 days and click on at least 50 % of the ads we send out.

Do I receive the Downline on CashBack Shopping, Daily Clicks & Easy Cash?
We are afraid downline commission is only available on items with instant confirmation (Paid Email & Paid Clicks).
